Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Yuvti. We take pride in offering handcrafted and customised Rajputi Poshaks and traditional wear. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

No Returns & No Full COD Orders

  • We strictly do not accept any returns once an order has been placed and shipped.

  • We do not accept Full Cash on Delivery (COD) orders under any circumstances.

  • All orders must be prepaid or partial paid to confirm processing.

Please make your selections carefully, especially for customized or made-to-order items.

Damages or Order Issues

We aim to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged

  • Defective, or

  • Incorrect item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear images or videos of the issue. We will evaluate and respond with the appropriate resolution—such as replacement or store credit (if eligible).

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Personalized products with specific measurements, embroidery, or alterations

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Items purchased on sale or during a promotional offer

  • Gift cards or digital credits

If you're unsure about a product, kindly contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our garments, we do not offer exchanges.

In rare cases where an item is eligible for exchange due to damage or error, it must be:

  • Reported within 48 hours

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Approved by our support team in writing

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only offered:

  • In the case of a damaged or incorrect item

  • After inspection and approval by our team

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the transaction.

Important Notes

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified after 12 hours.

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement if the issue is not reported within the specified time or if evidence is insufficient.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
